Innovate is The Tie’s signature event series, designed to strengthen industry momentum and foster meaningful connections. With institutions and token issuers as the focus, InnovateDenver provided a dynamic forum for key discussions driving the future of digital assets.
Key Themes from InnovateDenver
- Optimism for stablecoins was high given the new U.S. administration; however, panelists debated everything from whether tokenized money market funds will drive institutional adoption to the merits of a fragmented stablecoin market.
- On the panel “You Get a Chain, You Get a Chain, You Get a Chain,” panelists discussed whether the industry's rapid expansion of new blockchains fosters innovation or if a more consolidated ecosystem would drive sustainable growth. We also discussed what makes a chain essential for survival.
- The debate continued between permissioned and permissionless blockchain solutions for enterprise adoption, focusing on the trade-offs between scalability, security, decentralization, and privacy.
